• Cooperating with other governmental and private organizations in processing housing units property related transactions (sales, transfers, depts., mortgages…etc).
• Administrating and protecting renting and updating records of farm units.
• Issuing registration records for the farm and housing units.
• Archiving and documenting allocated farm units records.
• Development and maintaining the farm units registration transaction .
• Establishing records for the dedicating housing units.
• Calculating the farm units capital value according to land and soil classes and including the value of water irregation.
• Processing farm units partioning.
• Registration farm units rights and maintaining them .
• Processing property renting contracts for different users , Fastlink ,Mobilecom communication towers …etc.
• Following up the JVA council for the approval of the allocated . farm and housing units owners names correction and changing.
• Renewal of the agricultural investment contracts .
• Preparing sand quarries rental contracts .
• Implementing the Jordan valley villages surveying to proper cadastral maps and issue property deeds for dedicated parcels.
• Follow up Department of Lands and Survey in establishing cadastral maps including treasury land within JVA boundaries
• Organizing and carrying out the licensing of buildings outside the municipalities boundaries
